They kicked out reporters and reconfigured their government to make it close to impossible for the new Democratic governor to govern. In secret session, they subverted the will of the electorate and disenfranchised African-Americans in the legislature the way they'd already disenfranchised them across the state.And as Eddie Glaude, Jr., suggests, they gave the Trump administration a blueprint for minority rule.
This is chilling stuff.
